SOAR students in Mrs. Jakes and Mrs. Hawkins classes were inspired by Lonnie Johnson's story in the book titled, Whoosh! They invented toys and games using recycled materials. While here the students read “The Log Hotel” book and then explored nature to discover the trees, plants,insects, animals, and more found in the book.
