What a great day in Lansing! Our annual CTE Showcase was back on this year! Special thanks to all of the legislators and Michigan Department of Education staff for taking the time out of their busy schedules to meet with CTE students from around the state! Special thanks to Rodney Wakeman for giving our students a tour! They had never been to the Capitol before, so this was a special treat!! We appreciate all of our legislators advocacy and support of CTE!!

An excellent group of @SaginawISD team members attended this year's 2022 Michigan School Business Officials (MSBO) conference in Grand Rapids, MI. #SaginawISD #LeadershipMatters @JeffreyJCollier

Congratulations to March Orange Spot Award recipient Takesha Montgomery, Human Resources Coordinator! Takesha was nominated by Alyssa Aguirre who wrote, "Kesha has been my go-to since the start of my employment with the SISD. She has stayed late to help me out, picked-up in the middle of projects without even being asked, answers all of my questions with a smile on her face, and is so great at explaining/teaching. She genuinely loves to help those around her and does so without hesitation. You are the true definition of a team player, Kesha! Thank you for all that you do!"

Millet’s Kind Gardeners appreciate our Behavioral Aides like Mr. Tim!

Millet has THE BEST Administrative Assistants! They are definitely “the glue” that holds Millet together! #SaginawISD

These smiles say it all! It's always a great day when the therapy dogs visit TC! Some of the things students were overheard saying were "today is a really good day", "I am so happy", "I love dogs", and "I wish they could stay forever". ❤️

Who remembers the Hartley beds, dorms and dorm inspection from when they came out to Hartley? Did you know that in 2018 Hartley OEC completed an expansion and updating of the dorms and bunks? Check out the before and after photos! Dorm inspection still happens 3 times a day at Hartley and this week the girls from North Elementary were ready every time.

On behalf of the entire student body and staff @Transitons Center, we want to thank Mrs. Karen Huff and Mrs. Linda Heitkamp for all they do for us. Happy Administrative Professionals' Day! #saginawisd #sisdstrong #administrativeprofessionalsday #bestofficeteamaround
